Services

TecHub Ghana provides product request support, supplier payment request support, marketplace tools, and shipment tracking support between China and Ghana.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, submit lawful requests, and avoid using the service for prohibited, fraudulent, or restricted items or activities.

Orders and Payments

Prices, service fees, shipping fees, timelines, and availability may vary by product, supplier, payment method, and logistics provider. Payment requests and order requests may require review before processing.

Limitations

Some delays may occur due to supplier processing, customs, logistics partners, payment review, or other external factors. TecHub Ghana will provide reasonable support and updates where available.
